Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain ERM governance documentation and support improvements to ERM processes, tools, and documentation.
  • •Coordinate enterprise-wide risk assessments with business areas and risk owners; help monitor emerging risks and regulatory trends.
  • •Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for governance forums and support preparation of the annual ORSA Report.
  • •Support development of risk assessment methodologies and risk reporting that is accurate, organized, and current.
  • •Provide administrative support for the corporate insurance program, including broker coordination and annual renewal activities.

  • •Support maintenance of ERM governance documentation (ERM Framework, ERM Policy, Risk Taxonomy, procedures).
  • •Coordinate enterprise-wide risk assessments with business areas and risk owners, including documenting key risks and mitigations.
  • •Prepare and support risk reporting for governance forums, including drafting content for the annual ORSA Report.
  • •Provide administrative support for the corporate insurance program, including maintaining insurance records and coordinating with brokers.
  • •1–3 years of relevant experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, finance/accounting, actuarial, data analytics, or related fields; strong analytical and communication skills.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
