Client Relationship Consultant 1-4 (Banker) Lexington, KY

Build trusted relationships with customers through proactive outreach and follow-up, serving them in-person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customer banking needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products (including digital and self-service options), process basic transactions, and open consumer/business accounts. Collaborate with branch partners to provide an excellent client experience, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Maintain knowledge of retail banking policies and tools while delivering operational accuracy.
