Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish observability strategy (alert management, routing, on-call, monitoring/statistics), and advise teams on prioritizing evolutions using inventories and interviews.
  • •Pilot deployment of observability solutions across the target system, including management of metrics and log storage.
  • •Train and advise teams on dashboarding creation, alerting policies, service levels, FinOps strategy, and data lifecycle management.
  • •Evangelize observability before involvement of business, product, and non-technical teams using governance models (RACI/organogram) and processes.
  • •Investigate application performance and user session/experience issues, acting as an SRE with strong operational and business understanding.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of professional experience in systems and networks, including at least 3 years in observability.
  • •Experience with one or more observability technologies such as Dynatrace, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, Splunk, ELK/ElasticSearch, and Prometheus/Grafana.
  • •Demonstrated ability to implement complete observability tools to provide end-to-end visibility of user sessions.
  • •Define SLIs and SLOs to guarantee and observe SLA performance and quality.
  • •Set up business dashboards (including FinOps and/or Sustainability KPIs) and automate functional/security tests and CI/CD observability (velocity, efficiency, time to market).
