Service Technician (Harrisburg, PA, US, 17122)

Provide onsite service support for Epiroc equipment, including pre-delivery inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting/repairs that minimize downtime and reduce customer costs. Execute Level 1–3 responsibilities such as running diagnostics, handling hydraulic and electrical repairs, testing and documenting operating parameters, and performing failure analyses with an emphasis on safety, PPE use, and compliance with environmental requirements. Communicate updates to the Service Coordinator and support customers professionally.
