Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete Pre-delivery Inspections (PDI) on machines.
  • •Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot/repair Epiroc products according to manufacturer recommendations.
  • •Ensure appropriate tools and equipment are on-site and properly maintained.
  • •Run diagnostics and initiate repairs on malfunctioning equipment/components, including hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic computer skills and familiarity with Epiroc equipment, with prior experience demonstrating mechanical aptitude including industrial/commercial fluid power and low voltage electrical control systems.
  • •Complete required trainings (including reading schematics within 3 months of hire) and Safe Start Modules within the first year.
  • •Maintain required US DOL Mine Safety and Health Administration Training Certificates (or complete training to obtain them).
  • •Minimum for Level 2: Certificate of Completion for a Technical or Trade School, or equivalent 2–5 years of relevant experience.
  • •For Level 3: Certificate of Completion or equivalent 5+ years of relevant experience, with demonstrated expertise maintaining, overhauling, and repairing hydraulic and powertrain components.
