Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the technical design and delivery of large cross-team backend initiatives and remove systemic bottlenecks across product and infrastructure groups.
  • •Drive modular backend, service, data, and platform architecture, modernizing monoliths and legacy backends while preventing fragmentation.
  • •Define and improve standards for APIs/contracts, schema evolution, testing, security, performance, observability, and production-readiness practices.
  • •Create shared patterns for dependency management, data ownership, eventing, failure isolation, service maturity, and operational documentation; guide Go service patterns and Kubernetes operating practices.
  • •Own production outcomes through on-call and incident response for owned systems, and lead safe adoption of AI-assisted and agentic workflows with review and guardrails.
