Key Responsibilities

  • •Grow business through assigned partner alignment with AVEVA partner and offer strategy, driving go-sell (Box4) sales targets across the territory.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for managed partners, adding value on key opportunities and coordinating internal resources as needed.
  • •Ensure partners fulfill contractual requirements including required product training and certifications and applicable program responsibilities (e.g., CSP/CTP, CSM).
  • •Develop and execute partner growth plans by aligning AVEVA and the partner, identifying capability/resource gaps, and working with partner management to implement development plans.
  • •Publish monthly partner performance analysis and manage program/policy liaison, including partner compliance with AVEVA policies and escalation of partner/customer issues.

Key Requirements

  • •6–8 years of direct enterprise-level software sales and/or partner management with a track record of sustained success.
  • •Experience managing channel/partners and selling in India, with demonstrable knowledge of the market.
  • •Ability to drive value-added selling through the AVEVA FLEX Program and ARR through subscription.
  • •Knowledge of OT applications and AVEVA product lines such as PI systems, Operations Control, and Asset Performance.
  • •Strong social and organizational skills with the ability to build cross-functional networks.
