Own identity and access management at scale: design, implement, and maintain secure access controls, automation workflows, and governance for provisioning and onboarding/offboarding. •Own Calendly’s IAM strategy, tools, and lifecycle processes, including designing, implementing, and maintaining secure access controls.
•Build automation workflows to streamline provisioning and deprovisioning and support access governance.
•Manage IAM components such as access groups, service accounts, sandbox access, and API configuration.
•Identify, resolve, and maintain IAM lifecycle management issues and troubleshoot related technical problems.
•Conduct assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and maintain documentation and dashboards.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 136,290.7 - 192,410.4 annually

Key Requirements

•5–7 years of direct IT experience with 2–3 years as an Okta administrator and/or architect.
•Expert knowledge of Okta products including Okta Identity Cloud, Okta Workflows, and Okta API Access Management.
•Integrate Okta solutions with applications and systems including HR systems, finance systems, and cloud platforms.
•Experience with Google Workspace administration and automation tooling, including GAM for user and group lifecycle management.
•Hands-on experience with identity management and public cloud platforms (e.g., MFA, security tokens, OAuth, Amazon Web Services, Atlassian).
