Lead research and product innovation for new derivatives and structured financial products, translating concepts into rigorous specifications. Build and grow a small team of financial engineers and product researchers, partnering cross-functionally with Trading Products, Risk, and Trading Ops to improve performance and mitigate edge-case risks.
