Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with account teams to guide optimal use of the Splunk Platform and improve customer technical health.
  • •Deliver onboarding and enablement workshops, prescriptive guidance, and achieve onboarding success milestones.
  • •Proactively assess account health and telemetry risk signals, with emphasis on renewal timelines, and drive adoption/use-case opportunities.
  • •Provide strategic, case-based technical consulting for up to 90 days and align with customer decision-makers on tangible solution value.
  • •Lead internal projects to evolve the business (VRP, AI initiatives, new frameworks) and contribute to practice KPIs through process and collateral improvements.

Key Requirements
