•Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution.
•Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams.
•Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
•Prepare briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers across functions.
•Identify execution gaps, push teams to close them, and own urgent business problems outside a single department.

•Ability to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
