Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Lands & ROW support and advisor services to regional pipeline and facility operations personnel.
  • •Serve as main point of communication for landowners adjacent to Enbridge pipeline easements and facilities, resolving concerns and inquiries.
  • •Manage landowner notifications and agreements, including approvals and special conditions for activities on private and public lands.
  • •Lead coordinating role for lands & ROW matters, including settlements with landowners and public agencies.
  • •Detail and support land-related issues (management and disposal of land/land rights), mitigating environmental impact, handling damage claims, and collaborating with regulatory agencies.

Key Requirements

  • •4 years of related right-of-way experience in progressive roles, plus a Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma (or equivalent post-secondary education).
  • •Strong understanding of land acquisition, easement, and right-of-way legal requirements.
  • •Ability to interpret applicable legislation, regulations, processes, and legal documentation (titles, deeds, plans, engineering drawings).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, land management databases, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
  • •Must be licensed as a North Carolina real estate agent or able to obtain it within 18 months of hire date.
