Senior Project Manager - Development

Lead and govern a portfolio of large-scale data center development projects for a key client, serving as the primary day-to-day representative and trusted advisor. Manage development schedules, budgets, risks, feasibility and due diligence, and guide entitlement, utility coordination, and readiness for construction. Support design-phase activities including value engineering and constructability reviews, then oversee construction oversight, commissioning coordination, reporting, and handover to operations.
