Key Responsibilities

•Source OI NTBs from new and existing corporate base and meet OI NTB targets as per the CSP
•Ensure KYC/AML norms are complied with at all times
•Execute marketing events and promotions to generate business in catchments, with support departments such as INM MKT
•Collaborate with Branch Banking/Commercial Banking & CEP Teams to generate business opportunities
•Maintain call reports and MIS, and respond to GCEPs complaints in a timely manner for customer satisfaction

Key Requirements

•Minimum Bachelor’s degree / Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher
•Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage
