Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and interpret customer purchase orders and conduct monthly project reviews with risk mitigation.
  • •Maintain system data accuracy and integrity and manage financial controls, claim resolutions, and bonds/letters of credit.
  • •Oversee progress billing, accurate invoicing, on-time shipments, and logistics coordination.
  • •Collaborate with plants, credit, field sales, and internal teams to resolve project issues and provide customers timely status updates.
  • •Handle multiple project orders simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs while adhering to safety, environmental, and continuous improvement standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or diploma relevant to the role from an accredited institution.

  • •No relocation provided; must be able to work on-site in Burlington at least 3 days per week.
  • •Bilingual English and French is considered an asset.
