Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle inquiries related to staff accounts, including opening/closing accounts with proper form completion and KYC/CB compliance.
  • •Handle finance-related inquiries for covered cards, maintain customer files, prepare finance applications, input data into the system, and ensure form completion.
  • •Manage and coordinate subordinates, including planning training and appraisal.
  • •Enter payroll transactions and calculate/enter overtime transactions.
  • •Prepare payment memos/invoices, advance leave salary, update advance reports, and assist in preparation of JVs/GLs reports/entries.

Key Requirements

  • •Fresh graduates UAE Nationals only.
  • •Broad knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Banking financial products and services.
  • •Thorough knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Credit & Operational Policies & Procedures.
  • •Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations and risks, including Central Bank of UAE regulations.
  • •Fair knowledge of service standards and the ability to use computers and management information.
