Key Responsibilities

•Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to meet CarMax quality and safety standards.
•Collaborate with a skilled team to solve technical challenges quickly and effectively.
•Gain hands-on experience across domestic and foreign vehicles.
•Uphold commitment to customer satisfaction and trust through reliable repairs.
•Follow Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26 - 44.15 hourly

Key Requirements

•Experience with engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems, based on the role needs.
•Strong understanding of health and safety compliance requirements.
•Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
•Skilled at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
•Valid driver’s license and, where required, maintain ASE certifications for listed areas (A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8).
