Support customers worldwide with technical inquiries around configuration of welding systems. Handle customer support independently and in a team, and perform on-site commissioning of welding systems. Deliver customer training and assist internal training, while acting as a technical point of contact between internal and external stakeholders. Also support events such as trade shows and presentations.
