Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, review, and monitor the contractor’s baseline programme, recovery programmes, and updated schedules.
  • •Review programme logic (logic-linked, resource-loaded, properly sequenced) and ensure alignment with scope and contractual requirements.
  • •Monitor actual progress vs the approved programme, identify delays/critical activities, and assess potential impacts on completion.
  • •Prepare and review weekly and monthly progress reports, including planned vs actual progress and look-ahead programmes.
  • •Analyze critical path, float, constraints, and programme logic; support Extension of Time submissions, delay events, and time-related claims with impact analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •7+ years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling for infrastructure and construction projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
  • •Good understanding of baseline programmes, schedule updates, critical path analysis, resource loading, progress measurement, and delay analysis.
  • •Experience reviewing contractor programmes and progress reports; EOT/delay analysis and recovery programme experience is preferred.
