Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the project manager with preparing materials, writing meeting minutes, and updating tracking tools (JIRA, MyPPM).
  • •Participate in scoping workshops with the Customer Experience department.
  • •Contribute to writing functional specifications and supporting test/recette phases.
  • •Help support solution deployments in stores and coordinate incident resolution based on field feedback.
  • •Perform analyses and support structuring and qualification of data.

Key Requirements

  • •Prepare a Bac+5 (engineering school, business school, IAE, university or equivalent) with a specialization in Information Systems, Project Management, or Digital.
  • •Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and a familiarity with Cycle in V.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
  • •Strong relationship skills, rigor, and ability to manage several topics in parallel.
  • •Fluent in English (oral and written).
