Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead/mentor a team to provide analytical and strategic solutions with clear recommendations.
  • •Partner with the business to drive data-driven decisions and generate value.
  • •Identify training and development needs to ensure required upskilling for the team and self.
  • •Continuously reassess operational risks considering changing economic/market conditions, legal/regulatory requirements, operating procedures, management restructurings, and new technology.
  • •Guide and lead team members functionally and help build strong business understanding; collaborate with leaders to drive usage of analytics services across business communities.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ year Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or another quantitative field such as statistics.
  • •Relevant experience in analysis, requirement gathering, and the design and development of enterprise decisioning-based application systems.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts in business terms and influence peers and management.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work in large cross-functional teams and within ambiguous roles.
  • •Ability to work flexibly with teams across geography.
