Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and implementation of the project procurement strategy and procurement plan.
  • •Coordinate procurement of major equipment, materials, systems, and subcontracted packages, including distinguishing OFCI and CFCI scope.
  • •Prepare and review RFQs, RFPs, tender documentation, and procurement packages, and coordinate compliance with technical specifications.
  • •Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations, review vendor proposals, and support award recommendations and vendor prequalification/selection/negotiations.
  • •Track procurement schedules and long-lead equipment through FAT, shipping, customs clearance, site logistics, and maintain procurement trackers/status reports in EDMS/PMIS.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •3–5 years of procurement experience on construction, infrastructure, or major engineering projects.
  • •Experience preparing and reviewing RFQs, RFPs, tender documentation, and procurement packages, including technical and commercial bid evaluation.
  • •Knowledge of vendor prequalification, evaluation, selection, and procurement recommendations, including procurement schedules and long-lead equipment trackers.
  • •Understanding of OFCI and CFCI procurement arrangements, purchase order tracking/expediting, and coordination of Factory Acceptance Testing and equipment inspections.
