Engineering Manager

Lead and grow a Flight Management engineering team in Bogotá, shaping a mission-critical product used by airlines and ground handlers worldwide. You’ll manage a cross-functional group of software, QA, and analyst engineers, drive engineering excellence and operational stability, and partner with Product Management and Architecture. The role also focuses on evolving toward cloud-native platforms, accelerating adoption of AI and Generative AI, and building Bogotá as a global engineering hub.
