Own the post-sale technical relationship for Qdrant’s most strategic customers, coordinating with Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Support to deliver successful implementations. Drive adoption and value of semantic search, agentic AI, and RAG by managing technical health, running architecture reviews, and aligning stakeholders across multiple projects. Serve as a long-term trusted advisor, aggregate feedback to shape the roadmap, and escalate critical issues during high-stakes deployments.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary technical point of contact post-sale, coordinating Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Support to execute projects.
•Guide customers through implementation to effectively use Vector Search to solve real-world problems and achieve business goals.
•Manage expectations across multiple customer projects by mapping customer timelines to internal engineering resources and aligning stakeholders.
•Conduct regular technical health checks and architecture reviews to identify bottlenecks, suggest optimizations, and maximize product usage.
•Aggregate customer technical feedback and act as escalation manager for critical issues; help shape and prioritize the Engineering and Product roadmap.

•Ability to translate complex technical blockers into business impact for executives while communicating with developers.
•Nice to have: experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure) and search technologies (Elasticsearch, Solr, Pinecone, Milvus, or Qdrant).
