Key Responsibilities

  • •Sowohl kompetente als auch individuelle Pflege sowie Betreuung unserer Patienten unter Berücksichtigung unseres Pflegeleitbildes
  • •Sie arbeiten nach adäquater Einführung selbstständig im Tandem
  • •Begleitung von Lernenden sowie Praktikanten im Berufsalltag als Tagesbezugsperson
  • •Weiterleitung von Beobachtungen, Massnahmen wie auch Veränderungen von Patienten an die zuständige Diplomierte Pflegefachperson
  • •Übernahme von hauswirtschaftlichen und administrativen Aufgaben
