Job Summary

Senior process engineering leader responsible for solving complex oil and gas process design challenges across FEED and detailed design. Leads discipline execution, ensures compliance with standards and schedules, and coordinates multi-discipline teams to deliver high-quality process engineering deliverables for offshore/onshore projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform conceptual, FEED, and detailed analyses and design per design basis, project specifications, and standards
•Lead the Discipline engineering design of the assigned work area and ensure completion within schedule and budget
•Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of Discipline execution on the project including scope, deliverables, schedule, and manpower resources
•Interface with all disciplines to develop clash-free designs and coordinate with other departments
•Participate in safety studies (HAZAN/HAZID/HAZOP) and lead discipline-related audits and design reviews

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
•15-20 years of oil and gas experience with a major contractor or consultant performing detail design
•Registered Professional Engineer or member of a professional engineering society (as applicable)
•Detailed knowledge of design techniques, analysis methods, standards and guidelines
•Strong project coordination and execution skills
