Key Responsibilities

  • •Set product vision and strategy by defining roadmap, investment priorities, and what to build, buy, improve, or retire across key developer products and platforms.
  • •Champion the voice of the developer using interviews, advisory boards, surveys, workflow research, and product telemetry to uncover developer friction and close the feedback loop.
  • •Drive AI-native developer productivity by identifying AI coding tools and agent opportunities across the SDLC, prototyping/evaluating them, and turning high-value experiments into reliable products.
  • •Measure and improve outcomes by establishing baselines and success measures using DORA/SPACE metrics, build/test feedback times, CI reliability, developer sentiment, and NPS/CSAT.
  • •Influence and collaborate at scale by partnering with engineering and executive leadership, resolving tradeoffs and competing priorities, and prioritizing the product backlog.

Key Requirements

  • •6-10+ years of technical product management experience with success owning large-scale developer platforms, infrastructure platforms, developer tools, or DevOps products.
  • •Strong understanding of modern software development practices and developer workflows across source control, build systems, testing, and CI/CD.
  • •Hands-on, AI-native approach: prototype and evaluate AI coding tools/agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) with focus on trust, security, and cost.
  • •Track record combining customer research, product data, and experimentation to deliver experiences developers adopt.
  • •BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
