Build and evolve customer-facing and internal web applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL. Key Responsibilities

•Build and evolve customer-facing and internal web applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
•Drive frontend architecture decisions by building reusable components, shared libraries, and contributing to the frontend platform technical strategy.
•Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, and Backend teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, high-performing user experiences.
•Champion technical SEO and performance by improving Core Web Vitals and using experimentation and A/B testing to optimize customer journeys and organic growth.
•Improve platform reliability and quality using observability, monitoring, CI/CD, and best practices, and mentor engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

•Strong commercial experience building modern, scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js, including frontend architecture and reusable component libraries.
•Deep knowledge of technical SEO and Core Web Vitals, including modern rendering strategies such as SSR, crawlability, structured data, indexation, and semantic HTML.
•Experience optimizing applications for traditional search engines and AI-powered search, improving performance, discoverability, and user experience with experimentation/A/B testing.
•Ability to collaborate with Product, Design, SEO, Content, and Marketing teams to translate business and growth objectives into scalable engineering solutions.
•Solid understanding of CI/CD and modern software delivery practices, balancing technical excellence with business outcomes.
