Key Responsibilities

  • •Work on a 12-week full-time internship with projects that have measurable impact on the business.
  • •Contribute to mixed-signal design projects within NVIDIA’s hardware teams.
  • •Apply analog fundamentals and analog simulation techniques to support engineering efforts.
  • •Support CMOS analog circuit design tasks, including high-speed and serial communication components such as PLL, DAC, ADC, and bandgaps.
  • •Use relevant lab testing equipment and, when needed for the role, programming/EDA tools to develop and validate designs.

Key Requirements

  • •Actively enrolled in a university pursuing a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field for the full internship duration.
  • •Indicate an anticipated graduation month and year on your resume/CV to be considered.
  • •Relevant coursework or experience in analog fundamentals and analog simulation (e.g., noise, loop stability, AC/DC/transient analysis, Monte-Carlo).
  • •Experience with CMOS analog circuit design (especially in FinFET) and high-speed circuit design, including serial communication standards (PLL, DAC, ADC, bandgaps).
  • •Familiarity with lab testing equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers) and, depending on role, programming/EDA tools such as Verilog/SystemVerilog, VHDL, Python, SPICE/HSPICE, Simulink, Cadence Virtuoso, or Synopsys.
