Job Summary

Design, build, and operate production-grade AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and intelligent automation systems. Deliver multi-channel customer and operational automation using conversational interfaces (chat, WhatsApp, email, voice) and integrate agents with reservation, pricing, and backend systems. Build and run retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) knowledge mechanisms, ensure reliability, accuracy, latency, and safety, and partner with engineers and teams to mentor others and scale enterprise AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build production-grade AI agents, multi-agent orchestration frameworks, and conversational systems.
•Implement dialogue management, prompt engineering patterns, and context persistence architectures for scalable conversations.
•Deliver AI-powered automation across chat, WhatsApp, email, and voice, integrating with reservation, pricing, and operational backend systems.
•Build and operate retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) mechanisms to enable agents to use enterprise knowledge effectively.
•Ensure accuracy, latency, reliability, and safety; establish evaluation frameworks and mentor engineers through reviews and documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
•Strong proficiency in Python for building production-grade AI/ML systems.
•Strong understanding of agent workflows, tool usage, and execution patterns.
•Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP), prompt engineering, and structured prompting techniques.
•With 2+ years of hands-on experience building production GenAI systems, including RAG pipelines and multi-agent orchestration.
