Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement dialogue management, prompt engineering patterns, and context persistence architectures for scalable conversations.
  • •Deliver AI-powered automation across chat, WhatsApp, email, and voice, integrating with reservation, pricing, and operational backend systems.
  • •Build and operate retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) mechanisms to enable agents to use enterprise knowledge effectively.
  • •Ensure accuracy, latency, reliability, and safety; establish evaluation frameworks and mentor engineers through reviews and documentation.
