Job Summary

Own future-state long-term planning for the North America market, covering US and Canada. Implement a structured monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cadence in the US, improve Canada’s S&OP process, and serve as the subject matter expert for transitioning from manual tools to an Advanced Planning System. Partner cross-functionally to align network and end-to-end plans over 16–52 weeks, manage long-range constraints, and establish KPIs that improve inventory, capacity utilization, and forecast stability.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and launch a structured monthly US Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including facilitating review meetings and escalating decisions on footprint, inventory, or labor.
•Own the 16–52 week end-to-end long-term plans, partnering with network, demand, fulfillment, and supply planning to assess risks and support initiatives like Project 500 and Infinite Choice.
•Set up a framework for long-term network strategy across US and Canada, including volume allocation and distribution center perspective.
•Serve as the primary cross-functional liaison to resolve long-range constraints and translate planning impacts into P&L outcomes (inventory, cost, service levels).
•Define long-term planning KPIs and support tooling strategy by gathering requirements and building the business case to move away from manual Google Sheets to an integrated, automated planning system.

Salary: USD 136,710 - 158,110 hourly

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in supply chain planning, S&OP, network/operations strategy, or related cross-functional roles in strategy and operations.
•Strong experience facilitating S&OP/IBP cycles, including executive presentations and conflict resolution.
•Excellent quantitative and analytical skills to gather, organize, analyze, visualize, and present data for decision-making.
•Experience implementing, managing, or working with Advanced Planning Systems (APS) (e.g., OMP, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, Kinaxis) and managing build vs. buy decisions.
•Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or related field, with strong mathematical/statistical skills.
