Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee master data strategy, management, and governance to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across the enterprise.
  • •Lead master data creation and maintenance, prioritizing workloads, delegating effectively, and streamlining workflows across enterprise platforms.
  • •Enforce data governance gatekeeper processes for SOX compliance, including validating, cleansing, normalizing, monitoring reports, and conducting audits.
  • •Serve as a master data subject matter expert and escalation point, guiding data structures, dependencies, lifecycle workflows, and directing reporting/automation initiatives.
  • •Partner on data setup and improvements for new requirements and process/business rule changes, including testing and implementation for SAP PLM/MDG activities, and maintain documentation/standard operating procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership.
  • •Advanced user of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) with the ability to analyze and manage large data sets.
  • •Working knowledge of SAP master data processes, data quality controls, and enterprise data governance concepts preferred.
  • •Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
