Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate complex data into clear, concise insights and reports/recommendations for business and senior leadership.
  • •Design, build, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
  • •Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputs and continuously improve reporting formats.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for new reports, analytics, and process enhancements.
  • •Support or lead analysis workstreams on projects (e.g., transitions, migrations, system implementations, TOM initiatives) and present structured findings and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Around 10 years of experience as an analyst, senior analyst, or business analyst.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Experience with BI/MIS and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication with strong stakeholder management skills in cross-functional global teams.
