Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact and maintain responsibility for products and equipment on assigned projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Diagnose, repair, and start up HVAC equipment at customer locations in a commercial environment.
  • •Use cutting-edge software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to troubleshoot and repair units.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets; work overtime/weekends as needed (including occasional overnight stays).

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent required; Technical School or formal training preferred.
  • •Typically 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC, including proficiency with chill water systems.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and working proficiency with a hand held computer (smartphone, iPad).
  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (including DUI, Hit & Run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving).
  • •EPA Certification is required.
