Job Summary

Lead daily store operations at Vans’ Charlotte Premium Outlets location by coaching and developing associates, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining merchandising and store standards. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support sales goals, profitability, KPI performance, inventory and stockroom processes, and loss prevention. Help train new team members, uphold policies and safety procedures, and foster an inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions and model selling behaviors.
•Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring KPIs and individual goals.
•Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
•Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
•Oversee stockroom operations, including inventory organization, processing shipments, and maintaining visual merchandising and replenishment standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.5 - 24 hourly

•1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
•Coaching ability—motivate and build high-performing, diverse teams.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
•Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
•High school diploma or equivalent preferred; comfort using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.
