Job Summary

Build production-ready agentic AI and automation solutions, turning solution design documents into multi-agent workflows. Own end-to-end RAG pipelines (ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval evaluation) and improve retrieval quality for agent knowledge systems. Develop and maintain RPA bots with AI agent ↔ RPA handoff logic, integrate external tools/APIs, and ensure production quality through unit/integration tests, CI/CD, and incident support. Collaborate with senior engineers and stakeholders as you grow toward independent ownership.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain multi-agent workflows into production-ready implementations based on solution designs.
•Implement tool/API integrations (APIs, ERP, CRM, ITSM) with error handling and graceful degradation.
•Develop and maintain end-to-end RAG pipelines and monitor/improve retrieval quality; integrate RAG as knowledge for agents.
•Develop and maintain RPA task bots and implement AI agent ↔ RPA handoff logic.
•Write unit and integration tests, contribute to CI/CD and prompt versioning, and participate in incident response for agent failure modes.

Key Requirements

•2-5 years in software engineering, including 2+ years building AI-powered or automation solutions in production.
•Experience delivering complete, working solutions (not just experimental/prototype work).
•Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, AI/ML, Data Science, or equivalent.
•Hands-on development with agentic AI patterns (LangChain/LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAICore) including tool use, memory, reasoning, and output validation.
•Cloud AI and RPA platform exposure, with preferred certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP and UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
