Own analytics for the Intercity product by developing and scaling the classified business model platform through new features. Identify user-flow pain points, propose improvements, and drive data-driven decisions using analytics and experimentation best practices. Partner with product, marketing, finance, and engineering teams to align metrics with business goals, validate hypotheses for growth opportunities, investigate metric deviations, and present clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and scale the classified business model platform via new features, prioritizing solutions and finding growth points.
•Identify pain points in the product flow and propose solutions or process improvements.
•Drive data-driven decisions across Intercity and promote best practices in analytics and experimentation.
•Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and engineering teams to align analytics with business goals.
•Generate and validate hypotheses to identify growth opportunities, investigate metric deviations, and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•5 years of experience in data analytics or data science.
•Strong mathematical background including mathematical statistics, optimization theory, time series, and causal inference.
•Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries.
•Proficiency in SQL, including writing and optimizing complex queries and creating analytical data marts.
•Experience creating BI reports using Plotly, Redash, and Tableau, with professional working proficiency in English.
