Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage implementation of Lean transformation methodologies and tools across HBM, Component Assembly and Test, and SSD operations.
  • •Facilitate continuous improvement events (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) across functional teams.
  • •Develop continuous programs and systems to sustain Lean culture.
  • •Conduct Lean knowledge transfer and training to build organizational capability.
  • •Integrate central and site teams to drive critical Lean improvement initiatives, track KPIs/milestones, and provide visibility to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Industrial/system engineering, engineering management, Production & Operation Management, or related fields.
  • •Prior certification or experience in Lean Manufacturing is beneficial.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across all levels.
  • •Demonstrated leadership and track record of impact (internship or experience in semiconductor industry is a plus).
