Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. Proactively identify customer financial goals, recommend appropriate deposit and banking products, and process transactions accurately while balancing daily. Use a disciplined sales approach—new customer follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals—to deepen relationships and coordinate introductions to other bank areas, while following all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
