Drive EXIM business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts through relationship-based, solution selling. Manage customer engagement around upcoming import/export shipments, promote multimodal logistics offerings across rail and inland terminals, and build strong partnerships with BCOs, shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHAs, and NVOCCs. Coordinate with shippers and internal operations to ensure smooth cargo movement, customs clearance, and export/import planning, while monitoring market activity and producing sales reports.
