Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform electrical device characterization to determine electrical failure mechanisms.
  • •Operate fault isolation equipment to narrow down failure defect locations.
  • •Conduct physical failure analysis to identify and classify physical defects.
  • •Establish/hypothesize electrical or process failure mechanisms using electrical fail models and failure analysis characterization to support process improvement.
  • •Collaborate with engineering and Global Quality teams to address defectivity, and prepare weekly presentations of failure mechanisms to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s (or equivalent), Master’s (or equivalent), or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Material Science.
  • •Experience as a strong team player with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Excellent communication skills, including presenting complex information in large meetings.
  • •Strong understanding of fault isolation equipment, techniques, and physical failure analysis (advantage).
  • •Knowledge of NAND/DRAM/HBM devices and Fab processes; shift rotation support as required.
