Associate Director - Logistics Centers

Lead the end-to-end operations of logistics centers, including receiving, dispatch, inventory control, housekeeping, and security, while ensuring compliance with company policies. Own the planning, design, and development of logistics facilities and drive their operational implementation. Set and manage SLA/RFP processes for logistics outsourcing, monitor providers and KPIs, and maintain inventory visibility through IT systems. Establish quality and HSE standards, improve efficiency continuously, and report facility performance regularly.
