Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of prior relevant Program Manager experience, typically requiring a STEM degree and program management oversight of complex technical programs.
  • •10 years of defense or intelligence industry experience as an engineer/project engineer/program manager, including direct customer interaction.
  • •Experience leading teams of engineers and delivering formal presentations and detailed reviews while managing multiple projects and critical decisions under pressure.
  • •Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) systems (antennas, amplifiers, and/or modems) and hardware/software integration.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance and meet U.S. citizenship requirements.
