Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and further develop global and site-specific OT3/OT4 plant integrity requirements and processes.
  • •Ensure cross-site GAIS requirements are implemented consistently in OT3 and OT4 and coordinate MOWP processes with monitoring of performance.
  • •Drive structured implementation and follow-up of special measures such as SBBC, CUI, Site Paint Programme, and EDRM.
  • •Harmonize inspection and documentation processes (RTI 1001) and ensure gatekeeping in RTI-1006/EMOC processes.
  • •Develop, introduce, and monitor asset integrity quality standards including maintenance plan handling and HD inspection program development.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed engineering degree with a mechanical background.
  • •Several years of experience in maintenance/repair operations, workshop operations, or engineering.
  • •Advantageous experience in petrochemicals, chemical, or related industries.
  • •Strong SAP knowledge and confident use of digital systems and data.
  • •Excellent German and English skills, with structured work and strong organization and initiative.
