Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted advisor to the client and deliver on value objectives.
•Guide customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technologies that drive business value.
•Lead delivery across multiple workstreams and ensure customer acceptance of delivered solutions.
•Communicate effectively across all levels, teaching complex concepts and applying prescriptive thinking.
•Identify and proactively manage risk, negotiate solutions, and keep programs on track while enabling scalable technologies on the Salesforce platform.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in enterprise-level projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies across the full software development lifecycle.
•3+ years experience in Consumer Goods with CG cloud experience and deep understanding of Retail Execution and Trade Promotion Management.
•Extensive experience with configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform.
•Ability to drive agentic delivery, with experience in AI toolchains (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Elements Cloud).
•Travel up to 50%.
