•Ensure compliance with Collins Consistent Engineering Processes and program/product requirements as detailed in design plans.
•Demonstrate technical expertise in avionics, contributing to the technology roadmap and maintaining a competitive edge in the industry.
•Mentor teams and manage cross-functional projects to deliver certified aerospace display solutions.
