Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive AI-augmented delivery transformation of the CoE by making AI-led delivery the default and improving delivery productivity across the region.
  • •Own a balanced CoE scoreboard covering utilization, AI-driven delivery productivity, delivery quality and customer satisfaction, reusable-asset generation, and senior talent retention.
  • •Reinforce the Services CoE strategy with services scope, employee profiles and roles, hiring plans, org structure, enablement approach, career development, and success metrics.
  • •Develop and grow CoE domains and build the expert team supporting field teams and customers, aligned to business directions.
  • •Oversee the CS Project Office and coordinate resource management, utilization and capacity planning, PSA, and delivery excellence; maintain subcontracting governance and manage CoE health including engagement, morale, retention, productivity, and enablement.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 12 years of professional experience, including relevant leadership and management experience, with services practice leadership for a SaaS company preferred.
  • •Deep understanding of Celonis products and platform, with hands-on knowledge preferred.
  • •First-hand experience in a post-sales role within Celonis.
  • •Experience leading leaders and developing senior talent and managers.
  • •Demonstrated success achieving targets and KPIs, including experience adopting new tools and ways of working at scale with AI-augmented delivery.
