Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting for closed-ended and open-ended funds, coordinating with the Finance and Operations team.
  • •Maintain and review full accounting records on Apollo systems (Investran, VPM) and reconcile with administrator records.
  • •Maintain information in the investor and fund performance portal and respond to investor queries.
  • •Calculate management fees and carried interest and assist in the quarterly valuation process.
  • •Oversee invoices and expenses, approved allocations, and coordinate with external auditors and fund administrators.

Key Requirements

  • •4 - 7 years of experience.
  • •Qualified accountant.
  • •Previous fund finance or fund administration experience.
  • •Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Advanced Excel skills.
