Job Summary

Join the Fund Controller team supporting the European Credit business. You’ll manage monthly/quarterly fund reporting, maintain accounting records, oversee invoices and expenses, and assist in valuations and investor inquiries, collaborating across London, New York, and India teams to drive accurate, timely financial information for open- and closed-ended funds.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting for closed-ended and open-ended funds, coordinating with the Finance and Operations team.
•Maintain and review full accounting records on Apollo systems (Investran, VPM) and reconcile with administrator records.
•Maintain information in the investor and fund performance portal and respond to investor queries.
•Calculate management fees and carried interest and assist in the quarterly valuation process.
•Oversee invoices and expenses, approved allocations, and coordinate with external auditors and fund administrators.

Key Requirements

•4 - 7 years of experience.
•Qualified accountant.
•Previous fund finance or fund administration experience.
•Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
•Advanced Excel skills.
