  • •Ensure accurate, timely preparation, review, production, and distribution of internal/external corporate and bank financial reports and data submissions.
  • •Compile, review, analyze, and submit reporting in accordance with complex GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • •Maintain reliable, complete source data and documentation to support data integrity initiatives.
  • •Coordinate with internal and external audits/examinations and support senior leadership with interpretation and communication of issues, solutions, and trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent, plus five years of relevant accounting or accounting policy experience; understanding of GAAP and SEC/regulatory reporting.
  • •Independently complete tasks after taking direction, considering broader implications and required additional analysis.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills to build consensus and present factual, relevant information.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and sound, logical decision-making.
