Job Summary

Own payments relationship and strategy for assigned Sony operating companies within Sony Engagement Platform Services. Translate business needs into scalable payment platform priorities, support onboarding and PSP/payment method enablement, and develop payment success plans. Analyze payment performance (conversion, cost, operational data) with teams, lead service reviews, coordinate escalations, and identify optimization opportunities while representing partner needs in platform planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Define forward-looking payment initiatives and translate operating company needs into scalable platform priorities with SEPS and payment stakeholders.
•Serve as payments relationship owner for assigned Sony operating companies, maintaining visibility into objectives, operational needs, priorities, and roadmap requirements.
•Support onboarding and readiness including payment assessments, payment method requirements, PSP/APM setup, and repeatable configuration patterns.
•Develop and maintain payment success plans, tracking onboarding status, optimization opportunities, risks, decisions, roadmap dependencies, and open actions.
•Interpret payment performance and operational data to make recommendations, lead service reviews, coordinate escalations, and advocate payment optimization opportunities.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•7+ years of diverse payments experience in a digital ecommerce environment with demonstrable results.
•Experience with payment optimization, complex payments contracting, PSP and payment method management, and payment operations.
•Strong commercial and analytical skills to interpret payment data and deliver actionable recommendations.
•Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across internal teams, external partners, or enterprise customers.
•Proficiency using approved AI tools to accelerate analysis and synthesize inputs, validating outputs with appropriate judgment regarding data sensitivity.
