Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s (7+ years), Master’s (5+ years), or Ph.D. (3+ years) in a STEM field such as Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related areas.
  • •Experience in semiconductor processing, semiconductor fabrication, or nanotechnology.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments.
  • •Experience in at least one: overlay development, scanner/track/lithography metrology, lithography process layer development, or EUV materials process development.
  • •Computational data skills and ability to use coding to support data collection and analysis.
